YIN+RESTORATIVE YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on stretching the fascia by spending 3-5 minutes per pose. Brief meditation at beginning of practice, and ended with a final resting pose of Savasana.
GUIDED MEDITATION
ANYWHERE FROM 5-30 MINUTES SEATED IN MINDFUL GUIDED MEDITATION. GREAT FOR HELP FOCUSING ON A GOAL OR LOWERING STRESS LEVELS, TAMING THE "MONKEY MIND".
VINYASA+FLOW YOGA
A moving meditation focusing on movement aligned with breath. Poses flow in a sequence, held 3-5 breaths. Brief meditation at beginning of practice, and ended with a final resting pose of Savasana.
CORPORATE YOGA
Offer your employees an hour to unwind during a stressful work week! I travel to you, providing mats and props for 30 minute-1 hour in house yoga sessions + tips for quick meditations to destress and become more productive in a work environment.
